OUR PARENT COMPANY'S MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND
Our parent company, Jinhua Suncart Vehicle Co., Ltd., was founded in 2015 in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
It operates six production lines across factories in China and Indonesia, and specializes in the design and manufacturing of golf carts, mobility scooters, e-scooters, e-bikes, golf trolleys, and other utility electric vehicles.
It manufactures its own LiFePO4 lithium batteries in-house, backed by an industry-leading 5-year battery warranty, and has developed proprietary, patented 2WD and 4WD chassis systems. Every vehicle pairs its own drivetrain with proven components from established partners, including Curtis and Bigturn motors and controllers from the USA.
Our parent company has extensive experience with OEM and ODM projects, and our products are internationally certified, including CE certification.

Every Suncart vehicle is engineered around our parent company's proprietary 3-in-1 electric drivetrain — a LiFePO4 lithium battery with intelligent BMS, a high-efficiency AC motor, and an FOC controller with CAN bus diagnostics — delivering over 2,000 charge cycles, 2-hour fast charging, and smooth, reliable power on any terrain.
Our parent company's in-house R&D team holds a series of patent certificates for its proprietary 2WD and 4WD chassis systems, and works directly with customers on ODM projects — from custom colors and branding to bespoke seating and accessory packages.
On the factory floor, robotic welding arms apply precise, consistent welds to every chassis frame, ensuring structural integrity long before a single body panel goes on.

Every cart passes through multi-stage quality inspection before it ever leaves the factory — from roof panel fitment and sealant checks to a final quality station where technicians verify every component prior to shipping.
Our vehicles are certified to CE, EEC and ISO 9001 standards, and are LSV-compliant for markets that require it, backed by multiple design patents — the same standards our UAE customers benefit from on every Suncart golf cart sold in Sharjah.
This is the same rigor that has earned us recognition as one of the more established names in the golf cart and electric vehicle industry.

GLOBAL REACH & LOGISTICS
Our parent company's headquarters was established on 14 May 2015, and today spans a 12,000 sqm facility with a fully automated production line, producing 2, 4, 6 and 8-seater electric golf carts, utility vehicles, and custom builds at a capacity of up to 15,000 units per year.
We currently serve customers across more than 20 countries, with core markets spanning North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia, alongside our own regional operations here in the UAE.
Beyond Sharjah, the wider Suncart network includes a dealer presence in Indonesia and a US warehouse currently in development — so wherever our carts are deployed, local support isn't far away.
