Confirmed orders are prepared within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery

Free delivery across the UAE. In-stock units arrive within 48 hours in the UAE, and 7–10 business days to other GCC countries.

Pre-Order & Customized Units

TXV, LSV, TXT, UTV models and other made-to-order or customized builds ship FOB China to UAE, with an estimated lead time of 30–45 days. Custom colors or accessories on in-stock models may add 7+ days — our team will confirm your exact delivery date before checkout.

Returns

Units confirmed in good working condition at the time of delivery are not eligible for return. Only defects covered under warranty will be honored — see our Warranty & Service policy for details.
