Welcome to the nuts and bolts of our TheSunCart.com enterprise — our Shipping and Returns Policy. We know this section isn’t the most exciting, but we’ve kept it concise, clear, and customer-first.

🆓 Free UAE Delivery

We’re happy to offer complimentary shipping across the UAE — no minimum spend required!

📦 Estimated Delivery Time: 24 to 48 working hours within the UAE.

🌍 International Shipping

We do ship internationally!
However, international shipping rates will be calculated after the order is placed, and you will be contacted with the final shipping fee.

Please Note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.

🏬 In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? No problem!

📍 Pickup Location:
Warehouse No. 10, Industrial Area 17, Sharjah, UAE

Just select “In-Store Pickup” during checkout. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Saturday to Thursday.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Once signed for, we are no longer responsible for the package. If the item is a gift or intended for someone else, a signature from the named recipient constitutes valid delivery.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction means everything to us at Suncart. If for any reason you’re not in love with your purchase, here’s how our return process works:

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  • Send the item back within 7 days

  • Returns are accepted only within the UAE

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Returns are not accepted from international locations. All sales outside the UAE are final.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Baby wipes

  • Diapers

  • Flowers and plants

  • Food and drink products

  • Beauty and cosmetics (if opened or seal broken)

  • Clothing/footwear without original packaging/tags

  • Customised products

  • Assembled or installed items

  • Swimwear & undergarments

🧾 Courier Return Charges (Within UAE)

If you request a return pickup, a 500 AED fee will be deducted from your refund.
Free return pickups are provided only for defective or incorrect items.

💳 Refunds

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original card within 30 working days after processing.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as store credit to your TheSunCart.com account within 7 Days.

Please note: Promotions, discounts, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your TheSunCart.com account

  2. Navigate to your Dashboard > Returns

  3. Fill in the short Returns Form (order number + reason)

  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days and arrange collection if applicable

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is received

❓ Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or size, simply return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
