Consumable and wear parts (tires, brake pads, and similar items) are not covered. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.

لا تشمل التغطية القطع الاستهلاكية وقطع التآكل (الإطارات، وسادات الفرامل، وما شابه). يستثني الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، أو التعديل غير المصرح به، أو الحوادث، أو الإصلاحات التي تتم من قِبل جهات غير مصرح لها.

Order Processing: Confirmed orders are prepared within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery: Free delivery across the UAE. In-stock units arrive within 48 hours in the UAE, and 7–10 business days to other GCC countries.

Pre-Order & Customized Units: TXV, LSV, TXT, UTV models and other made-to-order or customized builds ship FOB China to UAE, with an estimated lead time of 30–45 days. Custom colors or accessories on in-stock models may add 7+ days — our team will confirm your exact delivery date before checkout.

Returns: Units confirmed in good working condition at the time of delivery are not eligible for return. Only defects covered under warranty will be honored — see our Returns Policy for details.

الطلبات المسبقة والوحدات المخصصة: تُشحن موديلات TXV وLSV وTXT وUTV وغيرها من الطلبات المصنّعة أو المخصصة حسب الطلب من الصين (FOB) إلى الإمارات، بمدة تسليم تقديرية تتراوح بين 30 و45 يومًا. قد تضيف الألوان أو الإكسسوارات المخصصة على الموديلات المتوفرة في المخزون 7 أيام أو أكثر — سيؤكد فريقنا موعد التسليم الدقيق قبل إتمام الطلب.

الإرجاع: الوحدات المؤكد سلامة عملها عند التسليم غير مؤهلة للإرجاع. لن يُقبل سوى العيوب المشمولة بالضمان — راجع سياسة الإرجاع لمزيد من التفاصيل.
