Good to know before you order
Chassis. All Suncart golf carts are built on the same lifted-suspension chassis. Ground clearance: 120 mm for street, indoor and Taxi editions; 180 mm for trail, off-road and hauler editions.
Street vs trail (matching pairs). The only differences are: street = 215/35-12 street tires on 12" wheels, no front bumper, no front basket; trail = 23x10-14 all-terrain off-road tires on 14" wheels, with front bumper and front basket. Footrests are fitted on both.
Color. Colors on this website may vary slightly from the actual product; the actual product is final. We send photos of your actual cart before delivery. If you do not accept the color in the photos, you may cancel before dispatch at no charge. Color changes requested after ordering are charged additionally.
What's in the box. Golf cart, keys, charging cable, and a PDF operation manual sent by email or WhatsApp. Off-road versions also include the front bumper and front basket; Duo and Solar haulers include the trailer or solar panels. Any listed item that is missing is supplied free of charge. Extra accessories not listed can be supplied at cost.
Differences from the listing. Minor differences (paint shade, decal placement, accessory brand, small trim details) follow the actual unit. Material differences (tires, front bumper, front basket, seat count, battery, motor, controller) are corrected free of charge within 14 days, or you may cancel and receive a refund. Extras fitted beyond the listing are not defects.
Returns. Vehicles are not eligible for return. Refund requests within 14 days of delivery carry a 10–20% deduction depending on the vehicle's usage. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
الهيكل. جميع عربات الغولف من سنكارت مبنية على نفس هيكل نظام التعليق المرتفع. الخلوص الأرضي: 120 مم لإصدارات الطرق والداخلي والتاكسي؛ 180 مم لإصدارات المسارات الوعرة والنقل.
الطرق مقابل الوعرة. الفروق هي فقط: نسخة الطرق = إطارات طرق 215/35-12 على عجلات 12 إنش، بدون مصد أمامي وبدون سلة أمامية؛ نسخة المسارات الوعرة = إطارات وعرة 23x10-14 لكل التضاريس على عجلات 14 إنش، مع مصد أمامي وسلة أمامية. مسند القدمين مركّب في كلتيهما.
اللون. قد تختلف الألوان في الموقع قليلاً عن المنتج الفعلي، والمنتج الفعلي هو المعتمد. نرسل لك صور عربتك الفعلية قبل التسليم، وإذا لم تقبل اللون في الصور يمكنك الإلغاء قبل الشحن دون رسوم. تغيير اللون بعد الطلب يُحاسب عليه بشكل إضافي.
محتويات العلبة. عربة غولف، مفاتيح، كابل شحن، ودليل تشغيل PDF يُرسل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب. تشمل نسخة المسارات الوعرة المصد والسلة الأمامية. أي بند مدرج ومفقود يُزوّد مجاناً، والإكسسوارات الإضافية غير المدرجة تُوفّر بالتكلفة.
الفروقات عن الإعلان. الفروقات الطفيفة (درجة الطلاء، موضع الملصقات، ماركة الإكسسوار، تفاصيل التريم الصغيرة) تتبع الوحدة الفعلية. أما الفروقات الجوهرية (الإطارات، المصد، السلة، عدد المقاعد، البطارية، المحرك، وحدة التحكم) فتُصحّح مجاناً خلال 14 يوماً، أو يمكنك الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ.
الإرجاع. المركبات غير قابلة للإرجاع. طلبات الاسترداد خلال 14 يوماً من التسليم تخضع لخصم 10–20% حسب حالة استخدام المركبة.
Warranty Coverage: Lithium Battery – 5 Years. Motor – 2 Years. Controller – 2 Years.
Consumable and wear parts (tires, brake pads, and similar items) are not covered. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.

Order Processing: Confirmed orders are prepared within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery: Free delivery across the UAE. In-stock units arrive within 48 hours in the UAE, and 7–10 business days to other GCC countries.
Pre-Order & Customized Units: TXV, LSV, TXT, UTV models and other made-to-order or customized builds ship FOB China to UAE, with an estimated lead time of 30–45 days. Custom colors or accessories on in-stock models may add 7+ days — our team will confirm your exact delivery date before checkout.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the cart is unused and in its original condition. Defects covered under warranty are repaired at no cost — see our Returns Policy for details.

الطلبات المسبقة والوحدات المخصصة: تُشحن موديلات TXV وLSV وTXT وUTV وغيرها من الطلبات المصنّعة أو المخصصة حسب الطلب من الصين (FOB) إلى الإمارات، بمدة تسليم تقديرية تتراوح بين 30 و45 يومًا. قد تضيف الألوان أو الإكسسوارات المخصصة على الموديلات المتوفرة في المخزون 7 أيام أو أكثر — سيؤكد فريقنا موعد التسليم الدقيق قبل إتمام الطلب.
الإرجاع: الوحدات المؤكد سلامة عملها عند التسليم غير مؤهلة للإرجاع. لن يُقبل سوى العيوب المشمولة بالضمان — راجع سياسة الإرجاع لمزيد من التفاصيل.
